Phnom Penh
Street Art

A curated digital archive documenting the evolving urban canvas of Cambodia's capital.

About the Project

Created for the course "Arts For Transformation" J-term for the curriculum of New York University Abu Dhabi, in January 2026. Eleven Students from New York University Abu Dhabi visited Cambodia from 4th of January to 17th of January, learning about the local art scence and culture. A group of three decided to document the street art of Phnom Penh during the last few days of their class that cuminated in this project of mapmymural.me!

This initiative bridges the gap between street art and digital preservation, providing a platform for artists to be recognized and for the public to engage with the city's changing face.
